Sports Club Collection Booking Form

Collections are scheduled weekly.
Bookings made before Thursday 5pm will be collected the following week.
Bookings made after Thursday 5pm will be collected the week after (i.e. the following fortnight).

Make sure all the poly bags are sealed using the zip ties provided.
If your club is unattended, leave the sealed bags in a safe, accessible location for our courier.
Please tell us exactly where the bags will be located (e.g. inside front gate, near equipment shed) in the form below.
